Errand Guru Talk Radio

We have changed the format of our radio show. Our radio show will now be 45 minutes long and will be every other week, at least most of the time. Due to ECSU™, we have had to make a few adjustments. In addition, we plan on having more guest speakers as well as more Q&A segments and Concierge Spotlights in 2008. We LOVED the feedback we received from our listeners and hope that starting with our November 30th show, that we are giving you more of the meat and substance that you have asked for.

Concierge Online will have more sessions in 2008

With the holidays around the corner and Danette and I traveling a lot these next two months, there will be no more sessions for 2007. When we come back in January, we should be refreshed and our new website for Concierge Online will be up and running. The website will include our schedule for 2008. We look forward to sharing more information with you in the new year!

New website for Concierge Online

We are excited about our new website, which should be up and running next week. The web site address is www.conciergeonlinetraining.com. There you will be able to check out our schedule we have for the rest of 2007. In addition, we have made several changes. We are now offering only 1 and 2 hour sessions. Also, you get to pick the date and time for your session. As sessions start filling up, we will let you know on the website so that you don't miss out. For those located outside of the United States, we hope to be able to accommodate your time zone so that you are able to learn about the industry as well.

We appreciate the time that Michelle Moore has spent as a part of our Concierge Online team this year, but she will no longer be a trainer for us. We will continue to provide the same wonderful information we have always provided during these webinars and will continue to cover the same topics as before.

Just a few hours of your time

Continuing education within the errand and concierge industry is important for all of us. If you don't have the funds or time to travel, then you can still get the information through our Concierge Online sessions. They are webinars, which allow you to join us from wherever you are in the world, as long as you have an Internet connection and a phone line. Our international attendees can call in on a toll free number and the times for each session will be adjusted for your time zone so that it is not too early or too late for you.
